Tobacco products are not intended for sale to minors or anyone under the age of 21.

Vintage Chic Cigar LLC does not sell Cigars to anyone under the age of 21, or to states that prohibit or restrict the sale of tobacco products. To ensure we are complying with all necessary laws, and regulations, shipments may require a valid photo I.D. upon delivery, or other ID Verification systems that we may utilize.
You will find that the last 4 digits of your social security number are required to create an account. We ask for this to verify, and establish, your age for the purchase of tobacco, and lighters as required by law. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause but we will be unable to complete your order without this information. As an alternative we will make arrangements for you to submit a photo copy of your valid state drivers license. Please contact us for further details.

We only sell Cigars and Cigar related Accessories - No Cigarettes, Smokeless or Chewing tobaccos. Tobacco and use taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the purchaser, please consult your taxing authority should you have any questions.

By placing your order on our site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. You will abide by all laws governing tobacco sales, taxing of tobacco products, and keeping minors away from any and all tobacco products.
