So, if you feel that your lighters fails to live up to our promise of fit, finish and function, simply return it to us and we will immediately and cheerfully repair or replace your product. Before sending in your lighter, please refer to our instruction manual to fix any occasional problems.

Note: We test each lighter prior to shipping.  In order to comply with stringent shipping regulations we must drain the lighter of fuel prior to shipping it to you.  Once you receive your lighter just fill it with a quality fuel, such as offered by Colibri, Lotus, and XiKAR to get you lighter up and running.
