In 1876, Achille Savinelli Senior opened the world's first shop with a workroom for the creation, sale and repair of hand made pipes, located in the center of Milan.  After 130 years and four generations of Savinellis', the spirit, passion and dedication to artistic excellence has remained unchanged.

To celebrate its 130th anniversary they have created a "Limited - Edition" pipe inspired by an original design of the great grandfather Achille and applied it to special plateaux briars that have been aged over many years.

Savinelli from its humble beginnings in 1876 has been producing high quality smoking pipes, and through 4 generations, has become synonymous with the finest quality smokers' pipes available.

Using only the finest grade Sardinian and Corsican briar, every Savinelli pipe is made with great care and pride.  Carved from Italian briar and with a rich hand polished finish these pipes are an excellent value, and worthy collector's item.  Utilizing the balsa system [see below] the smoker can anticipate a cool smoke while enjoying excellent craftsmanship and detail, should one choose.
